Michelle D. La Rosa is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, education, and translation services. Currently serving as Managing Director at Hermès since August 2010, Michelle has held various roles including Floor Director and Assistant Manager, demonstrating expertise in productivity reporting, visual merchandising, client relationship development, staff training, and bilingual communication within the Japanese market. Prior to Hermès, Michelle founded After School Heroes, LLC, where responsibilities included curriculum planning, staff management, marketing, and tutoring in multiple subjects.
