Nicola Perl has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nicola started their career as a Brand Manager at Kraft Foods in 1995 before moving on to become a Senior Product Manager at Reckitt Benckiser in 1998. At Reckitt Benckiser, they were responsible for local brand management and international projects. In 2000, Nicola joined Beiersdorf AG as an International Senior Brand Manager, where they worked on category strategies and new product developments for NIVEA Haircare/Styling and NIVEA VISAGE. Nicola later became the International Marketing Manager for NIVEA VISAGE and then the Global Head of the Consumer Connectivity Unit, overseeing international consumer and shopper insight processes. In 2010, Nicola joined edding AG / Legamaster GmbH as the VP of International Marketing, leading various international strategic developments. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Experience & E-Commerce at Hermes Germany GmbH, where they are responsible for customer experience and e-commerce strategies.

Nicola Perl attended Hochschule Osnabrück from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Marketing. Their degree is referred to as Dipl.-Kff. (FH).
