Silvia Arfouillere is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and project management. Since November 2017, Silvia has been serving as the Manager of Service Applications at Hermes Germany GmbH, where responsibilities include managing the Customer Service IT landscape and digitalizing customer interactions.
