Chelsea Michael, PHR, has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Chelsea served as the People Operations Manager at Hermeus from April 2023 onwards. Prior to that, they were the Head of People Operations at Waitwhile, where they oversaw the end-to-end recruiting process, improved employee processes, managed employee records and payroll, created employee onboarding processes, implemented an employee benefits program, and introduced a performance management and engagement platform.

Before their role at Waitwhile, Chelsea worked at CallRail from August 2015 to February 2023. Chelsea held multiple positions at CallRail, including Talent Manager, Talent Development Manager, and Office Coordinator.
