Amanda Anastacio McIppdip

Amanda Anastacio MCIPPdip is an experienced payroll and reward management professional currently serving as the Reward and Recognition Manager at Tate since September 2023. With a strong background in payroll management, Amanda has held various roles including Payroll Manager at HGS and Payroll & Reward Business Partner at Chelsea Football Club. In addition to practical experience, Amanda has been a CIPP tutor since July 2018 at IPP Education. Previous positions include working as a Payroll Specialist at Cast & Crew Entertainment Services and Payroll Administrator at Charles Taylor plc and WGC Limited. Amanda holds a Foundation degree in Payroll Management from the University of Worcester and studied Business Studies with Human Resources Management at Middlesex University.
