Maria Veklich

Maria Veklich has extensive work experience in government affairs and congressional programs. Maria most recently served as the Vice President of Government Affairs at Hermeus since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Pratt & Whitney Director - Government Affairs at Raytheon Technologies from 2020 to 2022. Maria also held the position of Associate Director - Congressional Programs & Strategy at Collins Aerospace from 2017 to 2020. In their earlier career, they worked in various roles within the United States Congress, including Defense Professional Staff in the Senate Appropriations Committee from 2015 to 2017, Staff Assistant in the Department of State & Foreign Operations Subcommittee from 2011 to 2015, and Executive Scheduler in the Foreign Policy Legislative Aid from 2010 to 2011.

Maria Veklich attended the University of Rochester from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business. From 2015 to 2018, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Financial Management at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
