Natalie Brown has over 8 years of work experience. Natalie began their career in 2011 as the Manager of Expense Automation, Enterprise Mobility Manager, and Marketing Coordinator & Support Specialist at Auditmacs. In 2016, they joined Robert Half as a Recruiting Manager. In 2017, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SOLTECH Inc. In 2018, they were an Executive Recruiter at Codesmith. Since 2019, they have been the Director of People and People Operations Lead at Hermeus, a startup in Atlanta working to connect the global via high-speed (hypersonic) flight.

Natalie Brown attended the University of Louisville from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication. Natalie then completed the People Leader Accelerator's Certified PLA Graduate program in May 2022. Natalie is currently employed by ServiceNow.
