Samuel Stueland has a long history of work experience in various roles. Starting in 2009, they served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. In 2014, they became a CNC Machinist at Tschida Engineering Inc., where they operated and maintained CNC Machinery. In 2017, they worked as a Machinist at Mainland Machine. In 2018, they worked as a Process Engineer at Revasum and as a Field Engineer at Kiewit, where they developed work plans and oversaw the construction of structures. In 2019, they worked as a Metallurgist at Weber Metals, Inc. In 2020, they worked as a Build Engineer, Thermal Protection Systems at SpaceX. Finally, in 2022, they are currently working as a Tooling/ Manufacturing Engineer and Structures Engineer at Hermeus.
Samuel Stueland received their Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2019, having started their studies there in 2017.
