David Cottrell

David Cottrell has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. David started their career as an Apprentice at Opryland Culinary Apprenticeship from 1991 to 1995. David then worked as a Catering Manager at Sodexho Belmont University from 2005 to 2006. Following that, they worked as a General Manager at Sodexho Cumberland University from 2006 to 2007. Since 2007, they have been working at Hermitage Golf Course, first as a Food and Beverage Manager from 2007 to 2023, and currently as the General Manager from 2023 onwards.
