Kenneth Kwok

Kenneth Kwok is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Director of Food And Beverage at Enchantment Resort since February 2023. Prior roles include Director of Food And Beverage and Director of Restaurants at Montage Kapalua Bay from July 2017 to February 2023, and Browns Beach House Manager at The Fairmont Orchid, Hawaii, which featured a AAA Four Diamond Restaurant. Kenneth has held various managerial positions in renowned establishments, such as Pool & Beach/Food and Beverage Manager at St. Regis Princeville Kauai and Food and Beverage Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences. With a career spanning over 15 years, Kenneth has also worked in other significant roles at Spikes Waikoloa Clubhouse, Mauna Kea Resort, Royal Lahaina Resort, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and The Ritz Carlton. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, earned between 2000 and 2004.
