Esperanza "Hope" Diaz, known as "The Make It Happen Fairy," currently serves as the Home Office Coordinator for East Coast Facilities, Inc., where responsibilities include acting as a personal and professional Ambassador for the organization and the Office of the CEO, as well as master event planning and logistical coordination. Prior experience includes serving as the Executive/Personal Assistant to the Founder & CEO at Castle Group, where involvement in the CastleCares℠ Committee and chairing it for three years demonstrated a commitment to philanthropy. Additional roles encompassed serving as Executive Assistant to the SVP of Strategic Operations at Comcast, and as a Managing Partner co-inventing the award-winning EZ Tarp™ Adhesive Roof Tarp. Hope holds a diploma in Social Media Professional from the University of Miami and was recognized as one of the 100 Outstanding Women of Broward County by the Boys and Girls Club of Broward County in May 2018.
