Prior to this, Justin worked as the Group Creative Director at JUSTEN AGENCY and as the ACD of Growth Marketing for HBO Max at WarnerMedia. Justin has experience in leading creative teams for brands like Cinnabon, Mercedes-Benz, AMC, and Crown Royal XO. Justin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
