Barkha Dhingra

Barkha Dhingra has a diverse work experience in the field of engagement and internal communication, HR business partnering, and learning and development. Barkha currently holds the position of Lead Engagement and Internal Communication at Hero FinCorp. Prior to this, they worked as an Engagement Lead at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. from 2018 to 2023. Before that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Birla Sun Life Insurance from 2015 to 2018 and as a Senior Executive and Circle Engagement Lead in the L&D department at Vodafone from 2010 to 2014.

Barkha Dhingra completed their education as follows: from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Human Resources and Marketing at Jaipur National University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Rajasthan, from 2005 to 2008. Barkha'shigh school education was completed from 1994 to 2005 at Seedling public school, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce.
