Shailendra Kodia

Shailendra Kodia is an experienced professional with over 15 years in the finance industry. Currently serving as the State Collection Head for Maharashtra at Hero FinCorp since May 2018, Shailendra specializes in retail collections for secured products. Prior to this role, Shailendra worked at Reliance Capital, part of the Reliance Group, where responsibilities included positions as Area Collections Manager and Sales Manager from June 2007 to May 2018. Shailendra holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from DAV College Bhandup, Mumbai.
