Mayur Maheshwari

Mayur Maheshwari is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as a Member of the FICCI Corporate Governance and Corporate Laws Committee since May 2024, Mayur has been with Hero Future Energies since February 2013, holding the position of Assistant Vice President - Compliance Officer & Company Secretary. In this role, Mayur oversees compliance policies for multiple international locations, conducts risk assessments, and implements training programs to foster a culture of ethical compliance. Mayur’s prior experience includes significant roles with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Jubilant Energy N.V., Globus Infocom Limited, HAL Offshore Ltd, and Unilever, demonstrating a strong background in legal advisory, corporate compliance, and business development across various sectors. Mayur holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B), an MBA in Finance, and is a Fellow Company Secretary, ensuring a robust educational foundation in legal and corporate governance.
