Joerg Kehlen

Joerg Kehlen has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Joerg is currently the CFO of Central Europe at Hero Group and the Managing Director responsible for finance, HR, and IT at SCHWARTAUER WERKE GmbH & Co. KG. Previously, they have held roles such as VP Corporate Finance at Symrise AG, CFO at HARIBO GmbH & Co. KG, CFO at FrieslandCampina Germany, and Finance Director at Unilever. Joerg began their career at Lufthansa as a Luftverkehrskaufmann and Cost Controller.

Joerg Kehlen has a diverse education history. Joerg began their academic journey at IHK Cologne from 1985 to 1988, where they received a degree in Kaufmannsgehilfenbrief. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at the University of Hamburg from 1988 to 1992. Later on, in 2012, they attended IMD for a short-term program called "Leading with impact."
