Viona Vogelzangs

Viona Vogelzangs has a diverse work experience. Viona started their career at Corus, where they held various HR management roles from 1997 to 2005. Viona then became the Manager of Management Development at Corus from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they worked as a (sr) MD advisor at Nederlandse Spoorwegen from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, Viona founded their own company called BIHRD Solutions, where they served as the owner until 2019. Viona also worked as a Consulent at Van Ede & Partners from 2015 to 2018. From 2017 to 2019, Viona held a coaching role at Woosh5. Viona joined Hero Group in 2012, initially as the Manager of HR & Communications until 2018. Viona then became the Director of HR Supply Chain, working closely with local HR teams to improve the Hero Supply Chain organization. Currently, they hold the position of Director HR Supply Chain, Quality & CMO at Hero Group.

Viona Vogelzangs began their education in 1985 at Collegium Marianum in Venlo. Viona continued their studies at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 1991 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration. Later, in 2001, they returned to the same institution to obtain a Master of Arts degree in HR Leadership, which they completed in 2002.
