María José Jiménez Segura has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. María José began their career in 2006 as an Analyst Jr - Financial Analysis at Coca-Cola FEMSA. María José then moved on to Banco Santander, where they worked as an Analyst of Corporate and Investment Banking from 2007 to 2011. In 2012, they joined CIBANCO as Subdirectora de Desarrollo de Personal until 2015. Following that, they worked at Mero Mole, where they held positions as a Project Manager from 2015 to 2017 and Culture & Training Top Dog from 2017 to 2018. More recently, they joined Hero Guest in 2018 and held the roles of Customer Experience Top Dog from 2018 to 2019 and Head of Customer Success from 2019 onwards.
María José Jiménez Segura attended Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Industrial Engineering. In 2004-2005, they participated in an academic exchange program at Université catholique de Lille.
