Mohit Ratanmani

Mohit Ratanmani has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Mohit is currently serving as the Head of Sales, Strategy & Business Development at Hero Motors since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior General Manager-Sales Strategy at Euler Motors from 2022 to 2023.

Before joining Euler Motors, Mohit held various roles at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business] from 2012 to 2022. Mohit served as the Zonal Sales Head-Last Mile Mobility, handling the North Zone for sales of last mile mobility products. Mohit also held the position of Regional Business Head-Small Commercial Vehicle, where they were responsible for sales in Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttaranchal. Additionally, they worked as the Senior Manager Channel Development, overseeing ideal network coverage planning and dealership establishment.

Prior to their time at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, Mohit worked as an Area Sales Manager at CITICORP FINANCE (INDIA) LIMITED from 2011 to 2012. Mohit also served as a Retail Finance Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank in 2010.

Starting their career in 2005, Mohit worked as an Area Manager at CITICORP FINANCE (INDIA) LIMITED for three years before joining Eicher Trucks and Buses as a Deputy Manager-Sales. In this role, they focused on sales and marketing of commercial vehicles in the Central & Eastern Uttar Pradesh region.

Mohit Ratanmani completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 1999 to 2003. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued an MBA in Marketing from ICFAI Business School Gurgaon. In addition to their formal education, Mohit has obtained various certifications including "Embracing Change" from Harappa Education in August 2020, "Project Manager Professionals (PMP) Online Exam Prep Course" from iZenBridge Consultancy Private Limited in September 2016, "Financial Modeling with MS Excel Advanced" from Simplilearn in July 2016, and "Harvard Manage Mentor" from Harvard Business Publishing in May 2015.
