Dhoop M.

Dhoop M. has worked in various roles in the financial services industry. They started their career as a Summer Intern in Treasury at L&T Financial Services in 2009. After that, they joined Bajaj Finance in 2010 and worked in Treasury, handling activities such as securitization and fund transfer pricing. They were also part of the team that worked on the Banking License application to RBI. In 2014, Dhoop M. joined Hero FinCorp as Treasurer, where they built and managed relationships with investors and raised over 80,000 Crs. In 2017, they became the Head of Digital Business and Strategy at Hero Housing Finance, where they were instrumental in getting the Housing Finance License. Currently, Dhoop M. is the Chief Financial Officer at Hero Housing Finance, overseeing the company's excellence in the mortgage segment.

Dhoop M. has a diverse education history spanning from 1995 to 2013. In 1995, Dhoop M. attended Goethals Memorial School in Kurseong. After completing their primary education there, they attended Don Bosco School in Siliguri from 1999 to 2005, earning their I.C.S.E. degree.

Following high school, Dhoop M. pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com Hons) degree at Hindu College, Delhi University from 2005 to 2008, specializing in the field of Commerce.

In parallel, from 2005 to 2011, Dhoop M. attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they earned their Chartered Accountancy degree.

Dhoop M. then enrolled at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, from 2008 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), focusing on Finance and Marketing.

Lastly, from 2009 to 2013, Dhoop M. studied at the CFA Institute in the USA, obtaining the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation with a specialization in Equity & Alternate Investments.
