Viresh Kumar

Viresh Kumar has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Viresh started their career in 2004 at BHW Birla Home Finance Ltd as a Relationship Manager. In 2007, they moved to Standard Chartered Bank as a Territory Sales Manager and then joined Reliance Capital as an Area Sales Manager. In 2008, they became a Regional Sales Manager at Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd and held this position until 2013 when they joined DHFL as a Regional Sales Manager as well. Most recently, Viresh worked at Hero Housing Finance, where they held the roles of Zonal Sales Manager (North) from 2018 to 2022 and Circle Business Head from 2022 onwards.

Viresh Kumar's education history begins with their enrollment in the Leadership Development Programme at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2023. Prior to that, in 2022, they completed an Executive Development Programme in Strategic Management at the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur.

Before pursuing executive education, Viresh completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Ghaziabad - Business School from 1997 to 1999. During their time at IMS Ghaziabad, they focused on Finance & Marketing.

Before their MBA, Viresh obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (Bcom) degree from St. John's College between 1994 and 1997, with a specialization in Business/Commerce, General.

In addition to their formal education, Viresh has also obtained several certifications. In November 2021, they completed the Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, Delegating Tasks, and Sales: Handling Objections certifications from LinkedIn. In October 2021, they completed the Sales Negotiation certification, also from LinkedIn.
