Anjaiah Eamani

Anjaiah Eamani is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Lead HR and GMO compliance at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since November 2020 and as an HR Generalist at SABMiller India since April 2014. Anjaiah has also held significant roles in human resources and industrial relations, including Head HR & IR at Hero MotoCorp and AGM-Personnel at Ramco Cements Ltd. Notably, Anjaiah successfully managed a 65-day contract labor strike at Ultra Tech Cements Limited, achieving a resolution favorable to management without productivity loss, and completed 18 (1) 5-year bonus settlements with regular employees. Anjaiah holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
