Bhupendra Tripathi

Bhupendra Tripathi has extensive experience in plant engineering and operations management, currently serving as Associate Manager in Plant Engineering at Hero MotoCorp since December 2015. Responsibilities include managing industrial engineering activities, resources calculation, fixed cost budgeting, and control. Previously, Bhupendra held roles such as Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in Plant Engineering and Process Excellence, focusing on Capex budgeting, low-cost automation implementation, and new plant setups. Prior to Hero MotoCorp, Bhupendra worked at Mahindra Group as a Senior Executive, driving continuous improvement in warehouse operations and coordinating safety measures. Bhupendra holds a PGDM in Operations from Welingkar Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Engineering from UPTU.
