Debashish Nayak has extensive experience in plant and machine maintenance, with a career spanning over two decades in the automotive sector. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Maintenance and Utility at Hero MotoCorp since August 2016, Debashish Nayak has held various roles including Head of Department and Assistant General Manager, focusing on plant maintenance. Prior experience includes managerial positions at Subros Limited and CNH Industrial, emphasizing maintenance of equipment in paint shops and assembly lines, as well as greenfield projects. Debashish Nayak began the career as an Engineer in Machine Maintenance at Sanden Vikas India Pvt. Ltd. and has consistently contributed to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives throughout the career. Academically, Debashish Nayak holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from KIIT.
