Praveen Gupta

Praveen Gupta is an experienced taxation professional with a career spanning over 18 years. Since October 2012, Praveen has held multiple progressive roles at Hero MotoCorp, currently serving as Dy. General Manager (Taxation) with a focus on corporate direct taxation. Previous positions at Hero MotoCorp include Assistant General Manager Finance and Senior Manager-Finance, specializing in corporate tax and income tax matters, including transfer pricing. Prior experience includes roles at DLF, where Praveen worked as DM-Taxation and AM-Taxation, and a position as a Tax Representative at Tata Teleservices Ltd. Praveen holds a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, earned between 2001 and 2005, and a B.Com (Hons.) degree from Shivaji College, Delhi University.
