Holly Waugh

Holly Waugh has over 20 years of professional experience. Holly began their career in 1999 as a Team Manager at ADT, where they supervised a team of 30+ individuals and resolved internal and external customer issues. In 2006, they moved to Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they held various roles such as ERP Supervisor, SAP Level I Support Specialist, and Divisional Manager of IT Operations. In 2014, they joined Separation Technology, Inc. as Manager of IT/Practical Process Improvement, where they worked closely with the company President to identify, justify, and successfully implement process improvement projects. In 2016, they became the CEO of HERO PM. In 2019, they began working as a Self Published Author.

Holly Waugh obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Leadership from Baker University between 2011 and 2015.
