Jessica Nicholas

Jessica Nicholas serves as Chief of Staff at HERO Software since September 2024, following a role as Head of Operations & People at Violet from January 2022 to July 2024, where responsibilities included optimizing internal processes and overseeing financial activities. Previously, Jessica held positions such as Account Manager at Adyen, supporting international expansion and product development, and Strategic Partnerships Manager at Taxfix, focusing on partnership strategy. Other experiences include involvement with the Global Shapers Community and internships with various investment and crowdfunding firms. Jessica is currently pursuing an MBA at IE University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management from the University of Cape Town.
