Dina Sandri Fani serves as the People & Culture Director at DFI Retail Group, overseeing operations for IKEA in Indonesia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau since September 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Dina holds the position of Country People & Culture Director for PT Hero Supermarket Tbk and has contributed to the company's status as a pioneer in modern retail in Indonesia. Previous roles include Corporate Head of Human Resources at Sahid Group and Director of Talent and Culture at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia. Dina has held significant positions at PT. MAP Aktif Adiperkasa, PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, and various Accor Group properties.
