Niraja Mulye is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at iD Fresh Food (India) Pvt. Ltd. since December 2023, Niraja previously held significant positions at Schindler India, including Regional Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, and Talent Management & OD from October 2015 to October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Team Lead at PeopleStrong and Rewards Consultant at Mahindra & Mahindra. Niraja began the career as a Marketing Research Executive at Packt Publishing. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and an MBA in Human Resources Development, both obtained from the University of Mumbai.
