Ben O'Brien has a diverse and extensive work experience in the creative field. Ben started their career at Young & Rubicam as a Senior Writer in 2003 and then moved to Leo Burnett in 2004 in the same role. In 2006, they joined DDB Group Australia as a Creative Group Head, followed by a role as an Associate Creative Director at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they co-founded their agency, O'Shea & O'Brien, where they served as the Executive Creative Director and Owner until 2016.
