Souad Saied

Souad Saied has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2012, they began their career at Sunday Lunch, starting as an Account Executive and eventually progressing to roles such as Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Account Director. During this time, they managed client accounts and executed projects for various companies, including Caltex, Allphones, and the Australian Government.

In 2015, Souad joined TEDxSydney as part of the Core Management Team, contributing to the organization's mission of spreading ideas and knowledge through TED-style events.

From 2016 to 2022, Souad worked at Jack Morton Worldwide, holding positions such as Vice President, Senior Account Director, and Vice President, Director of Sales & Marketing, APAC & Regional DEI Lead. In these roles, they drove business growth and managed key client relationships in Asia, leading regional and global experiential initiatives.

In 2019, Souad founded lostxfound.co, a platform aimed at making personal development accessible to young adults. As a professional ICF coach, they worked with select clients to help them achieve their goals and shared wisdom and knowledge through their writing.

In 2022, Souad took on new challenges, assuming the roles of Managing Director at HERO and Managing Director, McCann Sydney at McCann Worldgroup.

Throughout their career, Souad has showcased their skills in account management, business development, sales, marketing, and leadership. Their experiences highlight their ability to drive growth, foster client relationships, and deliver impactful projects.

Souad Saied attended Fort Pitt Grammar School from 2000 to 2005 and Sir Joseph Williamson Mathematical School from 2005 to 2007. Souad then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Politics at the University of Nottingham from 2007 to 2010. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, Souad attended the Life Coaching Academy, specializing in Professional ICF Business Coaching.
