Ivett Mezey

Ivett Mezey is the current Head of Logistics at Heroes. Prior to their current position, Ivett was a Logistics Manager at Away and before that, an International Logistics Manager at BHS. Ivett has over 6 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.

Ivett is responsible for managing inbound process in the EU warehouse with the EU 3PL to streamline to Away's operational and logistics needs. Ivett also fully owned the Inventory management process, including cycle count, consumables and limited editions for UK and Europe. Ivett negotiated the logistics contract with UK 3PL for UK warehouse resulting in reduction of the operational costs and increased operational flexibility.

At BHS, Ivett was responsible for strategically planning, agreeing and managing logistics, and warehouse KPI’s. Ivett also devised strategic plans for new processes, provided and implemented solutions for warehouse optimization. In addition, Ivett closely monitored supply chain expenditure and operational costs and reviewed the supply chain contracts periodically against industry norms. Ivett also managed the franchisee customer service experience and worked closely with their carriers to deliver continuous stock flow.

Ivett Mezey holds a Bachelor of Science in International Studies with Business and Economics from The Open University and a degree from Eötvös Loránd University.
