Marija Dimić

Marija Dimić has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Marija began their career as a Ground Handling Service employee at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport plc in August 2015. Marija then transitioned to a role as a Sales, Recruitment, and Learning Consultant at LINK group in December 2016. In November 2018, Marija joined MiNDS People as a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager. Currently, they hold the position of HR & People Operations Manager at Hero, where they are responsible for full-cycle recruitment, day-to-day HR duties, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee data management, and coordination with external partners.

Marija Dimić has a Master's degree in Serbian Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade. Marija also holds a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same university. Before pursuing their higher education, Marija received a High School Diploma in Business Administration from the Secondary School of Economics.
