Dan Kimball, MC, LPC

Dan Kimball has a diverse work history in the counseling and coaching field. Dan is the Founder of Path4Change PLLC, where they provide evidence-based counseling and coaching services using a four-step process to help clients achieve their goals.

Currently, Dan is working as an Ambassador and Certified Coach for Heroic Public Benefit Corporation, a social training platform aimed at empowering individuals. In this role, they focus on leadership, communication, digital marketing, personal growth, and positive psychology.

Prior to these roles, Dan founded Fiachra Forms Charting Solutions, a training and consulting company that provides automated solutions for healthcare professionals. Dan also worked as a Tai Chi Instructor for Anthem Tai Chi and as a Clinical Manager for Jewish Family & Children's Service of Arizona, where they provided clinical supervision and facilitated professional development.

Dan's previous experiences include working as a Program Therapist at Friendship Community Mental Health Center, a Lead Clinician at ChildHelp, Inc., and a Clinician at Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. Dan has also worked as a contract therapist for American International Community Care and C L Tatum & Associates Counseling, providing counseling services in various settings.

Throughout their career, Dan has utilized evidence-based and solution-focused approaches to support individuals and facilitate their personal and professional development.

Dan Kimball, MC, LPC has a diverse education history. In 1999, they obtained a Licensed Professional Counselor degree from the University of Phoenix, specializing in Counseling Psychology. In 2015, they completed the Board Certified Coach (BCC) program at The Institute for Life Coach Training, becoming a certified Life Coach. In 2016, they furthered their expertise by attending the Center for Progressive Recovery and earned a Progressive Recovery Coach degree focusing on Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling & Coaching. During that same year, they also became a Certified Tai Chi Instructor in both Yang and Wudang Styles at the 9 Dragons Kung Fu & Tai Chi Academy. Recently, in 2017, they pursued the Gottman Method Couples Counselor program at The Gottman Institute for Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling. Finally, in 2023, they joined the Heroic Public Benefit Corporation to study their Health and Wellness Platform, becoming a Heroic Ambassador & Coach.
