Michael Balchan

Michael Balchan is currently serving as the President and Head Coach at Heroic Public Benefit Corporation, and previously held the position of Head Coach and President at Optimize Enterprises, a Public Benefit Corporation. With a background as an Executive Leadership Coach at efive, and as a Partner at Relic Pictures, Michael has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles. Additionally, Michael co-founded We for the Win and has also worked as a Senior Trader at Consolidated Trading. Michael obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Harvard University and has also studied at Universitat d'Alacant, Wittenberg University, Springfield Catholic Central, and Lycée Sidoine Apollinaire.
