Carlo Herold

Carlo Herold is the Founder and CEO of Heroleads Asia since 2014, where they have successfully provided digital marketing solutions to over 5000 clients in Southeast Asia. Carlo also served as an Advisor at Horizon Group from 2017 to present, and at become from 2019 to November 2021. In addition, Carlo was the Managing Partner Team Thailand at Mountain Partners from 2015 to March 2019, contributing to the growth and internationalization of disruptive technology companies. Prior to that, they co-founded Polar Labs UG in 2014 and worked as a Researcher at Germany Trade & Invest in 2013. Carlo also gained experience in strategic planning at Leo Burnett in 2012 and held sales and distribution roles at daubit GmbH in 2011. Carlo has a background in business development as a former Business Development Assistant at ESYMIX Nonprofit, Inc. in 2010 and as an Intern - Management Assistant at CHK Design in 2010, where they contributed to cultural documentation projects.

Carlo Herold's education history begins in 2008 when they enrolled in IMK - Institut für Marketing und Kommunikation Wiesbaden. Carlo completed their studies in 2011 and received a diploma in Marketing Management, specializing in International Marketing & Communication.

In 2012, Carlo Herold pursued further education at ESCEM - Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et de Management, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in International Business Strategy. Concurrently, they also attended London Metropolitan Business School, completing a Master of Arts degree in International Business Management. Both of these programs were completed in 2014.
