Risha Gatmaitan

Risha Gatmaitan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of quality control and stability in the pharmaceutical industry. Risha is currently working as the Associate Director of Quality Control - Stability at Heron Therapeutics, Inc. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager QC Stability at Atara Biotherapeutics, where they designed and managed stability test protocols and oversaw stability studies for various labs. Prior to that, they worked as the Stability Program Manager at Kite Pharma, where they designed stability studies to support regulatory filings and provided guidance to international partners. Risha also has experience as a Quality Control Supervisor at Innovative Skincare, where they supervised a team and ensured adherence to quality standards. Risha also worked as a Stability Specialist II at Baxalta and a Quality Control Associate at Baxter Bioscience, where they conducted various assays and supported method testing and validation. Risha's earlier experiences include roles as a Quality Control Chemist at Sysmex Reagents of America and Neutrogena, as well as a Quality Control Chemist II at Alpha Therapeutics, Inc.
