Sean Ristine

Sean Ristine has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Sean most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Heron Therapeutics, Inc. since September 2014. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. Director of Human Resources at Cadence Pharmaceuticals from September 2009 to August 2014. Before that, they worked at Kyocera Wireless Corp. where they held various positions of increasing responsibility, eventually becoming the Director of Human Resources from May 2004 to April 2009. Sean started their career at Kyocera America, Inc. in March 1995 and progressed from a recruiter to the Manager of the HR Department until June 2004.

Sean Ristine completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Organizational Behavior at Brigham Young University from 1991 to 1993. Sean then pursued their Master of Science degree in Business Administration at San Diego State University from 1993 to 1994.
