Flash Malinga is an experienced rugby coach and educator with a diverse background in both teaching and coaching. Currently serving as the Varsity Shield Rugby Head Coach at Tshwane University of Technology since December 2023, Flash Malinga has also held various roles in rugby coaching, including Currie Cup Coach for the Blue Bulls Women's Team and Backline and Attack Coach for Harlequins from January 2022 to December 2023. Additionally, Flash Malinga has contributed to the U19 Rugby team at the University of Johannesburg and has extensive teaching experience at HeronBridge College, where responsibilities include teaching isiZulu and mathematics. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics and isiZulu from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor’s diploma in Sports Science from the University of Pretoria.
