Sandra Dy Houser

Sandra Dy Houser, PMP, is an experienced engineering consultant currently serving as an Associate and Senior Engineering Consultant at Herren Associates since April 2012, where support is provided for Navy Process Re-engineering and Transformation. Previously, at UPS from September 2005 to April 2012, Sandra held multiple roles, including Industrial Engineering Supervisor in both the Package and Hub Divisions, and District International Coordinator. Responsibilities included developing strategic recommendations for senior management, facilitating process improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing operational performance through analytical approaches and project management tools. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned between 2000 and 2005.
