Carleton Lum

Carleton Lum has extensive work experience, primarily in the entertainment and finance industries. Carleton served as the Chief Operating Officer for Herschend Family Entertainment from 2019 to present, and also held the same role from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they worked for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, where they held various positions including Park President, Vice President of Finance, and Director of Finance. Carleton also worked for Tech Data as a Manager of Sales Reporting and Analysis, and for Celotex Corp as a Manager of International Finance and Operations. Carleton Lum began their career at Johnson & Johnson as a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Carleton Lum received their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 1980 to 1985. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing & Economics from the University of South Florida from 1986 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, Carleton Lum also obtained a Post-Crisis Leadership Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in July 2020.
