Melissa Hudson MBA, CPSP, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Melissa is currently working as the Corporate Director of Benefits at Herschend Family Entertainment, where they are responsible for designing and implementing employee benefit programs. Prior to that, Melissa worked at Bayer Properties, LLC as the General Manager of Branson Landing, a retail/entertainment destination. Melissa managed the property through multiple transitions and was responsible for various tasks including budget management, financial reporting, lease management, and tenant relations. Melissa also has experience working at JLL, GGP, and Urban Retail Properties in various management roles. Melissa started their career at Navy Federal Credit Union as a Member Services Representative and later worked as an Administrative Assistant at the University of South Carolina Beaufort. Throughout their career, Melissa has demonstrated strong leadership, relationship-building, and financial management skills.

Melissa Hudson MBA, CPSP, CSM has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2005. Melissa also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of South Carolina Aiken, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003.
