Michelle Gartin serves as the Director of People and Organization at Herschend Family Entertainment, where expertise in leadership and multi-discipline human resources is leveraged to create and execute talent management and organizational effectiveness strategies. Prior to this role, Michelle Gartin was the Director of Talent Acquisition & Corporate HR at Inland Empire Regional Chamber of Commerce, supporting over 1,500 businesses with HR analytics and specializing in performance analytics and federal/state employment law. Michelle Gartin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration.
