Molly Deese

Molly Deese has extensive experience in the entertainment and attractions industry. Molly most recently worked at Herschend Family Entertainment, starting in September 2023, where they served as President of Aquariums and Senior Vice President of Revenue. Prior to that, they were Senior Vice President of the Attractions Management Division from January 2022 to August 2023.

Before joining Herschend, Molly was the Executive Director of Adventure Aquarium from November 2020 to March 2023. Molly also worked at Wild Adventures Theme Park as Vice President and General Manager, handling the park's operations from September 2012 to November 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations from January 2008 to September 2012.

Molly's earlier experiences include working at Cedar Fair Carowinds as the F&B Director from 2006 to 2008. Molly had previous roles at Paramount's Carowinds, where they were F&B Department Manager from 2005 to 2006 and F&B Operations Manager from 1996 to 2005. Molly also worked at Paramount's Kings Dominion as an F&B Area Manager from February 1994 to November 1996.

Molly Deese attended James Madison University from 1990 to 1994, but it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during that time.
