Connor Holleb started their work experience in 2009 as a Camp Counselor at North Suburban YMCA, where they organized games and activities for children. Connor also worked as a Development & Marketing Assistant, providing support for fundraising and marketing efforts. In 2014, they became a Guest Service Desk Associate at the same organization.
In 2016, Holleb transitioned to Two Roads Hospitality, where they first worked as a Front Desk Agent and later became a Front Office Supervisor. In these roles, they supervised front desk operations, coached the team on policies and procedures, and stayed knowledgeable about products, services, and VIP guests.
From 2018 to 2022, Holleb held multiple positions at LondonHouse Chicago. Connor started as a Housekeeping Coordinator, overseeing staff and coordinating daily logistics. Later, they became a Housekeeping Manager, leading a department of over 75 employees and maintaining a positive culture.
Currently, Holleb works as a Dual Sales Coordinator at Hersha Hospitality Management, starting in 2023.
Connor Holleb attended Glenbrook North High School from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained their high school education. Following this, they enrolled in Oakton College in 2011 and is currently pursuing an undecided major with a focus on Marketing and Public Relations. In addition to their formal education, Connor has obtained two certifications: "Preventing Discrimination & Harassment in Hotels and Bars: IL Employees Edition V5" and "Recognizing and Preventing Human Trafficking for Hotels V2_2023." Both certifications were obtained from Traliant in April 2023.
