Danny Flynn has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Danny began their career in 2009 as the General Manager at Bernie's Oyster House, where they successfully managed operations for nine years. In 2018, they joined New York Pasta Garden as a Sous Chef, where they worked until 2023. In the same year, they moved to Hersha Hospitality Management and served as a Kitchen Manager before being promoted to the position of Director of Food and Beverage for The Grove Restaurant at Parrot Key Hotel. In this role, they oversee both back and front of house operations for the resort and manages a team of 20-25 employees.
Danny Flynn attended Boston College from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Danny obtained additional certifications, including ServSafe Alcohol and ServSafe Manager, from Aramark.
