Erika Rodkey

Erika Rodkey has extensive work experience in the hospitality and financial industries. Erika is currently Vice President of Property Accounting at Hersha Hospitality Management, a role they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as Senior Regional Director of Accounting from May 2021 to March 2023, and as Regional Director of Accounting from May 2019 to May 2021, both at Hersha Hospitality Management.

Before joining Hersha Hospitality Management, Erika worked at RLJ Lodging Trust as Senior Manager of Capital Disbursements & Fixed Assets from March 2019 to May 2019, and as Manager of Capital Investments and Contracts from June 2016 to March 2019.

Erika also has experience at Hersha Hospitality Management prior to their roles at RLJ Lodging Trust. Erika worked as the Capital Projects Finance Manager from February 2015 to June 2016, and as a CapEx Analyst from May 2013 to February 2015. Erika started their career at Hersha Hospitality Management as a Senior Staff Accountant from April 2011 to May 2013.

Additionally, Erika has previous experience outside of the hospitality industry. From June 2003 to November 2010, they worked as a Branch Manager at Belco Community Credit Union, where they gained experience in banking, business development, administration, marketing, finance, and accounting.

Erika Rodkey obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Central Pennsylvania College between 2005 and 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2013.
