Keith Hess

Keith Hess is an accomplished hospitality executive with extensive experience in managing high-profile hotel properties. Currently serving as Managing Director at Hersha Hospitality Management since June 2021, Keith oversees an 800-suite resort with a waterpark. Previously, from May 2019 to June 2021, Keith held the position of Managing Director at Evolution Hospitality. Significant earlier roles include Vice President - Managing Director at Pyramid Hotel Group, where operational support was provided for hotel teams associated with major brands such as Hilton, Hyatt, Starwood, IHG, and Marriott, and Area Managing Director focused on managing multiple hotels in the Midwest region. Keith's career began at Hilton Worldwide, where Keith served as General Manager for prestigious hotels, including a notable role overseeing the pre-opening of a four-diamond convention property in Omaha.
