Kimberly Davis-Baynard's work experience includes positions at Hersha Hospitality Management and Pillar Hotels and Resorts (formerly Archon Hospitality).

Kimberly also served as a Sales Manager from 2006 to 2012, where they were responsible for corporate sales management for Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn. Kimberly successfully increased market share by 5% in a challenging market.

Kimberly Davis-Baynard began their education at the University of Michigan in 1990, where they pursued studies in an undisclosed field. However, they did not complete a degree at this institution. In 1993, they enrolled at The University of Toledo and earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1995. Continuing their academic journey, Kimberly attended Cleveland State University from 2001 to 2003, where they earned their Masters of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing.
