Qiana Willis has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Qiana started their career as a Food and Beverage Manager at Holiday Inn Hurstbourne in 2012 and held this role until 2015. Qiana then became a Guest Services Supervisor at Ramada Plaza Hotel from 2015 to 2017. Qiana then worked as a Guest Services Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Louisville from 2017 to 2018. Qiana then joined Courtyard by Marriott as a Sales Coordinator from 2018 to 2019. Qiana subsequently worked at White Lodging Services as a Dual Front Office Supervisor from April 2019 to September 2019, and as a Dual Front Desk Manager from September 2019 to April 2020. From 2020 to 2023, Qiana worked at Conduent as a Usac Senior Support, where they assisted call center agents, provided problem-solving solutions to customer inquiries, and played a role in training and agent development. Currently, Qiana is working at Hersha Hospitality Management as a Cluster Sales Coordinator, starting from March 2023.
Qiana Willis graduated from Savannah State University in 2008 with a dual degree in Mass Communications and Mass Media. Qiana'sfield of study was focused on Mass Communications and Mass Media. Qiana also pursued Pre-Nursing Studies at the Ky Nurses association. Additionally, Qiana obtained a certification in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University in June 2020.
